  • Fiscal Sponsorship Transitions: Support in building timelines, determining budgets, and sourcing partners for a move from fiscal sponsorship to independent operations. Solve any challenges that might arise and/or support the many unknowns that come about in these transitions.

  • General Operations: Helping determine and set operational priorities, building out operations work plans, support in sourcing external partners, share resources on multi-entity management (affiliate c3 and c4) and policy development for general operating procedures.

  • People Operations: Review, refine, build out Employee Handbooks, recruiting and hiring for operations roles (job description development, where to post for jobs, hiring workflos, etc.), benefits design, performance management, and compensation frameworks.

FAQS

  • We can come in to work on a quick, discrete project of around 4 weeks - 2 months, we can also work on longer term projects , e.g. 6 - 12 months+ ! How long we work on a project is entirely dependent on each organization’s needs.

  • We’d say the times it makes the most sense are for organizations who:

    • Are going through a transition (in between ops staff, or organizational restructuring)

    • Are experiencing fast paced growth

    • Have operational problems but don't know how to solve them

    • Need temporary capacity for either a period of surge activity, or for discrete projects

We’re able to see the bigger picture, bring a fresh perspective, and build capacity in your organization all whilst caring deeply about the success and outcomes of our work together. If you’re not sure what it would look like or how we could help then you can email us to schedule a call. With no cost to you, we’ll talk through your options and write a project proposal for your review. Email us to schedule a call.
